Opis: lucineux consumption to like I guess a controlled amount and see what works for you this is a lifestyle choice for me I just don't think that it works with my personality and or my body I feel like I would gain weight very quickly and just a bunch of factors so yeah I don't drink either so those are the four things that I do and getting into skincare now the specifics let's do it so first things first I like to exfoliate my face and I'll do this a few times a week I recently read dr. harrell answers book younger where he actually talks about the fact that you should exfoliate your face every single day because it takes the top layer of your skin off and and really allows whatever skincare products you put on to like penetrate deeply and have a better effect so I personally have not gotten to a point that I've not trained my skin enough to exfoliate every day but I do it every other day and sometimes I'll do two days in a row so currently my favorite exfoliator is this guy it's from ocean Malibu and this is what it looks like so it does come in like solid form so it almost feels like sand and how it works is that you take about a three-quarter teaspoon of it into your hand you mix a couple of drops of water and like just kind of go like that until it turns into a paste https://thebeautysystem.com/lucineux-skin
