I see guys come into the gym, look around at the big well-developed guys and then load their bars with more weight than they should just to impress the onlookers. That is SO wrong! Form suffers, and loading too much weight on the bar forces your body to "cheat" by enlisting the aid of other muscles to do the work the "target" muscles can't. That's counterproductive!
