It is really simple. Patriot Power Protein  There are loads of authority figures out there that state we need six to eight servings of vegetables per day. I don't get it done every day and I am very aware of this recommendation. It is just not that easy to do, especially if you are on the road or not in a place where you can create your own meals. Packaged processed foods are not a good substitute. Take the few extra minutes in the morning and get yourself some sliced carrots or fruit and then go. It takes less time than waiting in line at the fast food store. And if it comes bottled, that may not be the healthiest choice either. Make a good juiced drink before leaving the home in the morning and you will be amazed as to how much energy you have the rest of the morning. All morning that is! The more raw foods we eat from the vegetable side of the food list the better off we will be.I can personally always tell when my body is in need of something good. For some reason I crave the opposite. Chips and dip are my greatest weakness, well, ice cream, who am I trying to kid, the list goes on. Anyway, when I am craving chips I know that my body is lacking something. And when the cravings come I generally make myself a good shake. I indulge. Like whole milk, strawberries and ice with a little Stevia to sweeten things up a bit and I have gotten my fix in. I use a blender that can handle about anything I put into it and go! It's better than chips and dip as far as nutrition goes
